David Alan Arnold is an Emmy Award-winning helicopter cameraman whose career spans more than thirty years and virtually every major network, studio, and sports league in the world. He has won six Emmy Awards and received thirteen nominations.

From the storm-battered decks of Deadliest Catch to the sidelines of Monday Night Football, from the World Series to the Super Bowl, David has captured some of the most iconic moments in television history — all from the seat of a helicopter.

He is also the author of two books — Help From Above and What Lies Above the Clouds — bringing the same cinematic intensity of his camera work to the written page.
